Harbinger of Books

Charlie travelling to Elysia to rescue Hank and bring him back home to Atlanta. If you recall at the end of the last book Hank was brought back to his home planet Elysia to face punishment for abandoning his role as Malakim (protector of the city). Before Charlie can even leave the city she is told Hank is dead but Charlie cannot bear to believe that is true and so she sets off on a quest and finds the most unlikely friends in her quest.

As always this story moves rather fast. It was interesting to read Hank's POV in part because there was a sense of urgency where you want to throttle Charlie to move faster. It was even more interesting to see how he viewed his own life. The rescue was well rather splendid but so much is happening a lot of plot threads kind of get ignored and that rather sucked. Rex is awesome as always.

This is a good read but if it has been awhile since you read book three I would suggest the refresher.
