Harbinger of Books

King Henry has decided to use Lady Emily for a peace pact between Draven and her father Hugh. The King has said that Emily not be touched nor harmed while she spends a year on Dravens lands.

Little does anyone realize but Emily is wanting to find love and adventure. She takes to Draven immediately and decides he should be her husband. Draven knows that if he touches her it will mean his death, but even beyond that he is haunted by his past and believes he may kill Emily because he cannot control his rage.

I liked the story and thought it was cute. The book is really easy to read and the characters are likable. But for me that is it no real intrigue, you knew what was going to happen by page ten and it did not disappoint.
