If you like the Werewolves from the Women of the Otherworld series I am not sure how you could not enjoy this book.
The book is divided into three parts. The first deals with Malcom and how Jeremy comes to be. Then we hear Clay's back story - how he was bitten, became Jeremy's "son", how he interacts with the pact and finally Malcolm and Jeremy's battle for pack Alpha through Clay's POV. The last part is devoted to Jeremy, which gives us Jeremy's POV in his relationship with Jaime and introduces a part of his heritage this gives us some insight as to the symbols he always draws and we begin to see that Jeremy is really special.
Overall I thought it was an easy read really funny at parts. It also gives a lot of insight to Clay both in terms of the issues that Elena has with Clay and Clay's devotion to Jeremy.
