Harbinger of Books

Cree and Dawn are not living happily ever after. Cree has place Dawn in the role of his mistress but now his future bride has arrived and the attempts on Dawn’s life continue. To make matters worse the neighboring McClusky laird has threatened to take Dawn away and marry her to someone else. While Cree is possessive as ever of Dawn and while Dawn wants Cree with everything she is …it seems like the cards are stacked against them.

I liked that this second book is a continuation of the story, by the way this trilogy really cannot be read out of sequence of you will be totally lost. Again really awesome characters and I liked the story will all of the twists and turns.

What I disliked about this book was the editing issues, come on a paragraph was repeated and there are a few times when Dawn is Dan. No good and it is very distracting. The other issue was the amount of sex, on one hand it reaffirms their bond, but every time they see each other it is sex – just got a little out of hand.

Still an enjoyable read and I am looking forward to book three out this November.
